Now that I've climbed out of the giant haze that was Bonnaroo, it's time to recap some of my favorite new artists. As far as live electronica goes, Beats Antique may be the hottest new act in the biz, fusing together many of the sounds that have made groups like Pretty Lights and Balkan Beat Box as popular as they are today. They're flirtation with dubstep has enabled them to go on tour with groups like Bassnectar and befriend electroheads like the Glitch Mob, elevating their profile to a whole new level. Plus, they've got a belly dancer who co-produces all of the music and fully integrates herself into every live performance, how fucking cool is that?!
