I'm not sure how I missed this when it came out in July, but Pretty Lights 2nd album in his 2010 EP trilogy, Spilling Over Every Side, is just awesome (I'm still at a loss for words after my first listen). Colorado native Derek Vincent Smith really went all out with this one, expanding his sound in new ways that will please fans of electronica, hip-hop, funk and jam bands. With only 6 tracks, it's hard not to love all 48 minutes of the album, which was recorded while Pretty Lights was on tour last Spring. "High School Art Class" is probably my favorite track, and if you like what you here, you can download the whole thing here.
